Meet the Visionaries Behind Monte Dulce

They are boots-on-the-ground builders, farmers, designers, and creators who have spent decades turning ideas into thriving, real-world ecosystems. From sustainable hospitality and teak reforestation to ethical fashion and high-end experiential design, this team has already done what most only dream of. Now, they’re bringing their talents together to build the future—a regenerative forest community where nature thrives, people connect, and investments grow deep roots.

Sir Jeff Garner
Founder of Prophetik

Jeffrey’s spirit of radical creativity and authenticity makes him a beacon of heart-led leadership at Monte Dulce.
The Founding Story of Monte Dulce
Monte Dulce was born from a surf trip, a sunset, and a little bit of mischief. Ali and Jeff were chasing waves when a tip from a fellow surfer led them to Costa Dulce—a hidden eco-lodge tucked above a remote beach. What started as a quick session turned into a wild night involving thirty yoga women, baby turtles, and an accidental invitation to a tantric yoga class. (Yes, really.) The next morning, they discovered the magic that founder Tyson had built at Costa Dulce. Soon after, the three became fast friends—bonded by a love of surfing, motorcycles, sustainability, and big, bold ideas. Years later, with Costa Dulce thriving and The Flamingo Experience fully booked, they set out on their dirtbikes to explore the backroads of Nicaragua—seeking something new. What they found was a lush stretch of land nestled in the hills: rich soil, clean rivers, ancient trees, and a warm local community. That land became Monte Dulce—a regenerative forest village rooted in nature, friendship, and the wild belief that building something meaningful starts with saying yes to adventure.
Legacy of Proven Success
They’ve built it before—and sold it out. From the sold-out Costa Dulce eco-lodge to an eight-figure e-commerce brand and a 500-person teak furniture company, the Monte Dulce founding team has a track record of success that spans industries and continents. These are leaders who’ve built businesses from scratch, scaled them, and exited with integrity. With showrooms in major cities and properties that people wait years to buy into, this is more than a team—it’s a movement of doers.
Deeply Rooted in Nicaragua
Locals by choice, not chance. With over 20 years on Nicaraguan soil, the team lives what they preach. They raise families here, build with local materials, employ hundreds, and collaborate with native communities. Monte Dulce is not a pop-up project—it’s an organic evolution of decades of relationship-building, trust, and land stewardship. Every teak tree planted, every trail cleared, every home built is done with intention and respect.
A Shared Vision for the Future
Not just an investment—an invitation to something better. Monte Dulce isn’t just about buying land. It’s about buying into a new way of life. The founders aren’t offering speculation—they’re offering sovereignty. A return to grounded living. An opportunity to create wealth with purpose and be part of a community that will stand the test of time. This isn’t luxury for show. It’s legacy by design.
